Day 1 – Building a Strong Foundation
Every quality home starts from the ground up.
On Day 1, our team focuses on preparing the site and completing the foundation. While it might not be the most exciting part of the build, it’s one of the most important. A properly constructed foundation ensures the home remains level, stable, and built to last.
Our Day 1 checklist includes:
Site preparation
Ground levelling
Setting out the building position
Installing the foundation system
Final measurements and quality inspections
Because every modular home is carefully designed before arriving on site, our team can work efficiently without compromising quality.
By the end of the first day, the project has a solid base and is ready for the next stage.
Day 2 – Watching the Home Take Shape
This is where things start getting exciting.
With the foundation complete, our installation team begins assembling the structural frame. Within hours, what was an empty foundation starts looking like a real home.
During Day 2, our team:
Installs the structural floor system
Positions the wall frames
Secures each section into place
Checks alignment and structural integrity
Prepares the home for roof installation
One of the biggest advantages of modular construction is precision. Every component is manufactured to exact specifications before arriving on site, allowing installation to move quickly while maintaining excellent build quality.
By the end of Day 2, you can already walk through the future living area, bedrooms, and bathroom, making it easy to imagine the finished home.
